This two-day virtual session is designed for Homeowner Leaders, Board Members, and Community Managers looking to enhance their understanding of California Civil Code and the legal obligations of Homeowners Associations. Participants will gain valuable insights into the roles and responsibilities of boards, committees, and Community Managers in managing the daily operations of a Common Interest Development (CID).
The course will be held via Zoom on August 7 and August 14 from 5:30 PM to 8:00 PM.
You must attend both sessions to receive credit for the course. Registering for August 7 will register you for both sessions.
